Unfortunately not replying to WhatsApp or generally messages seems to be a standard in this business.
It happens to me on at least 6 of 10 cases. This is annoying especially, when someone took his time to write a polite request.
This ridiculous excuses of being busy or resting are lame.
Clear communication is a basic form of respect.
Nobody must reply immediately in WhatsApp. But if a business person cannot handle this in 36 hours it says something about their service, too. At least for me and other people who are using their brain instead of their penis.

I must agree with meteoris. I have tried to contact her via the website using the chat function and I can see that she was online recently.
I don’t have WhatsApp on my phone. I asked her a question using the chat and I did not get any reply and just a few moments later, she took down her add…. So, she not very costumer orientated, I think. It should not take a lot of time to read your chat on your profile and to reply to them?
Also her reply to meteoris is a bit dismissive and disrespectful. But that is just how I am reading it. Anyway, I always had very good interaction with Brazilians. They are the nicest in the world.

Do not reply to requests.
If so-called professionals are not even able to answer a simple 5s consuming "no" as answer to a polite written not standard fantasy I says a lot about their general respect to their customer.
